COMPANY NAME - SKATERS
Phoenix being the hub of skateboarding, having one of the best skateparks in the US, Skaters decided to open an office in the area. The location of the office attracts many people and students as it is close to college campuses. 
The company imports the skateboards from generators ( manufacturers). Once the skateboards are imported, Skaters design their logo and graphics and finalise the product at the office and it is then implemented at a warehouse. The company has different departments such as an admin department, accounts department, design department and marketing department with 20-25 number of employess.

Skaters have a unique appreciation for architecture. They unedrstand the quality of concrete, the grain of wood, and the incline of a structure. 
They understand the way a landscape flows. 
Skateboarding is a way of interpreting the built enviornment, and imgining the alternative uses of architecture. 
The design will promote a sense of place and community by providing many opportunities to interact with each other. The goal is to bring energy and excitement for the employees because of the nature of the company. Mixing modern with rustic aesthetic and showcasing their brand decks will help the space have breaks enhancing their style. 
The clinet wants to infuse this style with new technology ekements such as smart and energy efficient building .
